I'll be honest, I have fallen for this before too, Just thinking it was stretching and praying. So I'll share the secret with you now.

     We should know that Hinduism and Yoga cannot separate, Hinduism is not Hinduism without Yoga, and Yoga is not Yoga without Hinduism. If there is yoga, there is Hinduism, if there is Hinduism, there is yoga.

     There are some pictures I can hardly look at, the pictures of whom they call Jesus sitting with his legs crossed and an aura around his body, with the seven chakras, how could anyone believe this???

     I will have a whole page dedicated to exposing Hinduism, so I'll partly explain it here.

     Yogis (People who practice yoga) practice yoga to become a better person. They believe in reincarnation. If your a Good person, you'll "Come back" as a good person. if your bad, you'll come back bad. So they meditate to try to communicate with their "inner being" so eventually, after centuries of meditating, they might become a god.

     The deception is so obvious!!!
