Question-begging epithet
This is when someone uses biased (and usually emotional) language to help support a conclusion that is logically unproven. The idea is to persuade someone by using dramatic language instead of logical facts.
For example: "This criminal is charged with the vicious murder of the innocent victim." The reporter could just have easily said, "The man is charged for killing the other guy." The emotional words are not needed, it is just to persuade the people watching that the murderer was a vicious monster. Even though any murderer does have a problem with themselves.
There is not much to say about this one either.
